SBI Clerk Mains Exam will be conducted online and questions will be framed on General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude. Each question will be objective in nature and will be of 1 mark each. Candidates will be given 2 hours 40 minutes to complete the paper as follow:

SBI Clerk Local Language Test

  • The language test is conducted for candidates qualifying for the mains exam.
  • Candidates who have studied the opted local language in Class 10th  or 12th are not required to appear in the test.
  • In the case of others, a local language test is conducted before joining.
  • It is also mandatory for candidates to qualify for the local language test.
  • Candidates found not proficient in a particular local language are disqualified from the recruitment process.

SBI Clerk Final/Mains Result 2020

After the candidates have appeared for the SBI Clerk Prelims and Mains Exam, the candidates will be shortlisted for the final appointment as SBI Junior Associates or SBI Clerk.

  • The marks scored in the SBI Clerk Mains Exam is the only criteria for the final selection.
  • There will be No Interview round or Group Discussion round for the selection.

SBI Clerk Result: Waitlist

  1. SBI maintains a waiting list of up to 50 percent of the vacancies both state-wise and category-wise.
  2. Candidates will be offered an appointment from this waitlist on a quarterly basis if anyone does not join or resign.
  3. Only those candidates are selected from the waitlist who secures the minimum qualifying marks in the mains exam.
  4. The waitlist is valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of the SBI Clerk final result.

Tie-Breaking Policy in SBI Clerk Result

In events where two or more candidates secure equal score, the tie is resolved in the following manner:

  • Candidates belonging to the reserved category such as SC/ST/OBC/PH will be considered.
  • If the tie persists candidate who has fewer number of incorrect answers in all the subjects will be considered.
  • If the tie continues, candidates older in age will be considered.

What After SBI Clerk Final selection?

Candidates newly appointed as SBI Clerk or SBI  Junior Associates will be on probation for a minimum of six months. After the completion of the Probation Period, they will be converted into permanent employees. They will be paid a basic pay is Rs 13, 075 (Rs 11, 765, and two advance increments are provided to graduates). The basic total emoluments given to candidates at metro cities is Rs 26, 000.

RBI Grade B Interview Schedule 2020: RBI has released a notice for the interview schedule of the RBI Grade B @rbi.gov.in which was postponed due to the COVID-19 lockdown. The new tentative dates of the interview are in September for the DSIM and DSPR Grade B officer. Earlier the Interview was scheduled to be held in April and May 2020 then it was decided that the interview would take place in August 2020. The RBI had announced the Mains result in the month of December 2019.

Note to the candidates regarding the RBI Grade B Interview 2020:

  1. A print of the interview call letter should be taken by the shortlisted candidates, through their E-mail ID. They must also bring its hard copy on the day of the interview along with all ORIGINAL documents.
  2. Kindly send one set of self-attested photocopies of the documents in support of Date of Birth, Academic Qualifications (From Matriculation/ SSC Exam) onwards – Mark sheets of all years/semesters and Passing/ Degree certificates, Caste certificate (if belonging to the reserved category), Disability certificate (if Persons with Benchmark Disability-PwBD).
  3. For the academic qualification, if the candidate has submitted if CGPA/ OGPA/ CPI instead of percentage of marks, then the candidate must forward the criteria for conversion as defined by their Board/University/Institute. a) Reservation For Pwd/Xs/Dxs Candidates Is Horizontal Reservation And These Are Included In The Vacancies Of Various Parent Categories.

(b) 4.5% of the total vacancies are reserved for Disabled Ex-servicemen and dependents of Servicemen killed in action, clubbed together. The first priority in the matter of appointment will be given to the Disabled Ex-Servicemen and second priority will be given to dependents of defence personnel killed in action or severely disabled (with over 50% disability attributable to defence services).

c) Vacancies reserved for OBC category are available to OBC candidates belonging to ‘’Non-creamy layer’’. Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming in ‘’CREAMY LAYER’’, are not entitled to any relaxation/reservation available to OBC category. They should indicate their category as General OR General (LD/VI/HI/ d&e) as applicable.

d) The OBC category candidate should submit the OBC certificate on format prescribed by Govt. of India, having “Non-Creamy Layer’’ clause issued during period 01.04.2019 to the date of taking up the appointment, if selected.

e) Reservation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in recruitment is governed by Office Memorandum no. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019 of Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievance & Pensions, Government of India.

f) “EWS vacancies are tentative and subject to further directives of Government of India and the outcome of any litigation. The appointment is provisional and is subject to the income & Asset certificate being verified through the proper channels.”

g) The benefit of reservation under the EWS category can be availed upon production of an ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ issued by a competent Authority on the format prescribed by Government of India.

i) Candidates against whom there is/are adverse report regarding character & and antecedents, moral turpitude etc. are not eligible to apply for the post

j) Candidates with record of default in repayment of loans/credit card dues and/or against whose name adverse report of CIBIL or other agencies is available, will not be appointed in case of selection. The position in this regard will be verified before joining.

SBI Clerk 2020 Salary: Pay Scale

  • SBI Clerk Salary Structure: 11765-655/3-13730-815/3-16175-980/4-20095-1145/7-28110- 2120/1- 30230-1310/1-31450. The starting Basic Pay is Rs 13075.00. (11765.00 plus two advance increments admissible to graduates.
  • This implies that basic of Rs 11765 with an increment of Rs 655 for the next three years. This makes the maximum basic pay to be Rs 31450.
  • The total starting emoluments of a Clerical Cadre employee payable at Metro like Mumbai will be around 25,000/- per month inclusive of D.A., other allowances at the current rate and two additional increments for newly recruited graduate junior associates
  • A candidate will be serving a period of 6 months on probation.
  • Further, the performance of the newly recruited employees will be evaluated before the probation period comes to an end and the probation period of those employees whose performance does not meet the expectation may be extended.

    (a) He/she must hold a valid degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Those who are in the final year/semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination.
    (c) Matriculate Ex-servicemen, who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force, after having completed not less than 15 years of service in Armed Forces of the Union are also eligible for the post.

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern

The SBI Clerk Exam will be held in two phases, Prelims and Mains. The best part of the SBI Clerk Exam is that there will not be an interview. However, one will have to qualify the SBI Clerk Prelims and Mains Exam.

There will be a sectional time session.  The candidates will have to pass the Sectional Cut-off as well as an overall cut-off. The SBI Clerk cut-off is applicable to the SBI  Clerk Prelims and Mains Exams. All the questions for SBI Clerk Exam will be objective in nature, i.e. all the questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s)

  • No of Questions- 100: English- 30, Numerical ability- 35, Reasoning- 35
  • Total Marks- 100: Each question 1 marks, Negative Marking- 1/4 or 0.25 marks

SBI Clerk 2020 Selection Process

SBI Clerk consists of 2 phases (preliminary and mains).

  • Online Preliminary Examination: A certain number of candidates from different categories are shortlisted by SBI depending upon the requirements for Online Main Examination
  • Online Mains Examination: Candidates are required to score passing marks and above in the main exam to qualify each section as well as the overall cut-off in the main exam to be eligible for the Final Selection.
  • Final Result: A merit list is released under the Final result is declared on the basis of the merit list in SBI Clerk Mains Exam.
  • SBI provides allotment to the candidates on the basis of preference made during registration. SBI is thus important for provisional allotment, date of exam and joining dates and other formalities will be informed soon

SBI Clerk Online Application Form 2020

SBI Clerk Online Application Form date is available along with the notification. The apply online link, instructions for an Online Registration, as well as the requirements of the form, is active between 3rd January to 26th January 2020 (that is the last date to apply online for SBI Clerk)

How to Apply Online for SBI Clerk 2020?

RBI Grade B Salary Allowances

  2. HRA Allowance: 2BHK/3BHK flat is given to the RBI Grade B employees. If the employees are not allocated with flats, then they can claim up to Rs 70,000 as rent allowance.
  3. Medical Allowance: Medical allowances up to 4000 Rupees can be claimed. These allowances are also valid for the dependents of the employees.
  4. Education Allowance: RBI Grade B officer can avail Rs. 4000/- under education allowance every month.
  5. Fuel Allowance: 150 litres of fuel per month can be claimed.
  6. Maid Allowance: Rs 3000/- is offered under the maid allowance is received by RBI Grade B officers.
  7. Mobile Allowance: A claim up to Rs 1500/- as mobile allowance.
  8. Sodexo Coupons: RBI provides the employees with Sodexo coupons worth Rs 2000/- which can be spent on food/groceries.
  9. Leave Fare Concession Travel (LFC):  The RBI will offer around Rs100000 for the employees under LFC allowance. This can be availed once in two years, by the employee and his dependents.
  10. Briefcase allowance: The officers can avail Rs.7000 under briefcase allowance. This amount can be reimbursed once in every three years.
  11.  Spectacles allowances: Spectacles allowance of Rs 7000/- can be claimed for either the RBI Grade B officer or the spouse.

At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 75,831/-(approx.). For such allowances, in hand salary, a candidate must prepare for the exam with proper knowledge of concepts as per RBI Grade B Syllabus.

RBI Grade B Salary Increments

All the Officers selected through RBI Grade B 2020 Exam will receive an annual salary range of 12-14 Lac. Along with the CTC, various emoluments & allowances are given.
The Pay Scale for the RBI grade B Officer is Rs. 35150-1750(9)-50900-EB-1750(2)-54400-2000(4)-62400.
This can further explained as follows:

  1. Initial Basic Pay – Rs 35150 with a yearly increment of Rs 1750 for 9 years
  2. Rs 50900 and yearly increment of Rs 1750 for the next two years in the executive band

SSC JHT Notification 2020: Staff Selection Commission has announced the recruitment of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak Examination, 2020 on 29th October 2020, it gets delayed due to COVID-19 lockdown.   1. SSC JHT Essential qualifications:
    (a) For post codes ‘A’ to ‘D’: Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master’s degree from a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; or

    Payable fee for SSC JHT Application is Rs. 100/-
    Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with disability (PwD) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from fee payment

AP Grama Sachivalayam Exam Postponed: The AP Grama/ Ward Sachivalayam exam is postponed till further notice, which waas scheduled to held in second week of August 2020. Gopal Krishna Dwivedi, IAS, Principal secretary of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Andhra Pradesh  has informed on twitter that the exam is postponed due to COVID-19 situation in Andhra Pradesh state. He said fresh dates will be announced after the situation get normal.

The notification was released in the month of January 2020, the exam was supposed to be conducted in April or May 2020, which is delayed due to the COVID-19 lock down. RRB NTPC 2020 Exam Date: As per the official note, the ECA finalization may get completed by the end of the August 2020. The exam finalization date will take around one month after the finalization of the ECA (Exam Conducting Body) i.e., September 2020. The Chennai board has specified that, the process of ECA finalization will be delayed till August in Corrigendum 5, as the travelling restrictions are back in Unlock 2. The RRB Chennai has specified that it had conducted the pre-bid conference, now the technical bid is in pipeline. Check the notice below.

RRB NTPC 2020 Exam Date

The notification was released for the recruitment of 35208 vacancies. The exam update involves the release of admit card and the NTPC exam date, which has been postponed till further announcement from the Board. As per the corrigendum 7 the process of finalization of the recruitment body to conduct the RRB NTPC exam of 1.26 crore candidates will be finalized in August 2020. With our hopes, the exam will take place in October-November as there has been enough wait now.

RRB NTPC 2020 Exam Date

RRB has released notice for the finalization of the recruiting body for the RRB NTPC 2020 exam. As mentioned in the notice the RRB is going to finalize the recruiting body for RRB NTPC in August 2020. As the Unlock 2 has relaxed the travelling restriction, the finalization of the  process will be completed with in August 2020 as specified in Corrigendum 7. So, it is expected that RRB is going to release the exam dates in September 2020.

RRB NTPC Admit Card will be released separately for different levels in which the exam will be conducted, i.e. the admit card for first stage CBT will be released first followed by Admit Card for Second Stage CBT & So on. RRB NTPC 2020 Result

RRB NTPC Result will be declared after the examination for different levels of RRB NTPC 2020 exam has been conducted. Candidates who successfully clear the first stage of CBT will be issued the result. Similarly the candidates who clear Second Stage CBT will be issued result for the same. The final result will be declared once the entire Recruitment Process of RRB NTPC 2020 Exam has been conducted.
