Step-II On the homepage, click on “Careers” appearing on the top and a new page appears with all the current recruitments.

Step-III Click on “Application for Assistant Manager ‘Grade-A’ in General Stream”.

Step-IV Click on “SIDBI invites Applications for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘A’– General Stream” and now click on the link to apply for SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager posts.

Step-V Registration form appears on the screen, and start filling in the details required.

SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager Work Experience

Along with the educational qualification and age limit, candidates are required to have work experience as mentioned below:

1. 2 years Experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs)/All India Financial Institutions in areas of MSME lending (except personal loans, educational loans, Vehicle loans, Housing loans, etc.)
   OR,
2. 3 years experience in systemically important Non-Banking Financial Companies in MSME lending / Non-Individual lending / Corporate Lending.

SIDBI Grade A Selection Process

Candidates who are applying for the SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager post are required to go through a selection process that involves the following stages: PsychometricTest, Group Discussion, and Interview. Candidates who go through and pass the Psychometric Test and Group Discussion will be called for an Interview. As per the official notification, the centers for GD and Interview are the following:

SIDBI Grade A Salary 2023

The salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager (General Stream) is Rs. 90,000/- per month including various perks, allowances, and benefits. The basic salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs.
