7 Days No Question Asked Refund Policy
At Adda247, we prioritize customer satisfaction. To ensure a seamless experience, we offer a No Question Asked Refund Policy for all our digital products, including Live Classes, Video Courses, Test Series, and Ebooks. For Books (Publications)(referred to as “Products”). The Policy is subject to certain terms and conditions including but not limited to delivery issues or delivery of defective products to our customers. Please note that the refund is time-barred and can not be claimed after 7 days of any such delivery for which any customer claims refund.


Please read below for a detailed explanation of our refund process and guidelines for each product type.


1. Digital Products Refund Policy
(Applies to: Live Classes, Video Courses, Test Series, Ebooks)

Refund Window:

  • Live Classes: You can request a refund within 7 days from the date the class starts.
  • Video Courses, Test Series, Ebooks: You are eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund requests after 7 days from the date of purchase will be entertained on a case-to-case basis. Please note that processing such requests may take up to 15 working days and shall be based solely on the discretion of Adda247.

No Questions Asked Refund Process:
  • Eligibility: During the 7-day refund window, customers may request a refund with or without any reason for such refund.
  • Simple Request Process: Just reach out to our customer support team with your Order ID, date of purchase, and relevant details, and Adda247 will process your request without any hassle.

How to Request a Refund:
  • Contact Customer Support: You can request a refund by emailing us at support@adda247.com within the eligible refund period.
  • Provide Order Information: Please include your Order ID, purchase date, and the name of the product.
  • Processing Time: Once your refund is confirmed, it will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method depending upon the bank holidays.

Important Conditions for Digital Products:
  • Live Classes: The refund window starts from the first day of the class, not the date of purchase. So, if your class starts on the 10th of the month and you purchased it on the 1st, the 7-day refund window begins on the 10th.
  • Content Access: Refunds are provided even if you have accessed part of the content during the eligible period. However, accessing or downloading a significant portion of content may disqualify the refund request based on our usage policy.

2. Books (Publication) Refund Policy
(Applies to: Physical Books purchased from Adda247)
We aim to deliver all physical books in excellent condition and within a reasonable time frame. Our refund policy for physical books is restricted to specific scenarios, as outlined below:

Refund Eligibility:
1. Non-Delivery of Book:

  • If your book is not delivered within our Turnaround Time (TAT) of 10 working days, you are entitled to a refund.
  • For orders to the North East region, the TAT is extended to 15 working days. Refunds will only be issued if the book is not delivered within this timeframe.
  • If the book is out for delivery after 10 working days (or 15 working days for the North East), no refund will be provided.
  • Orders dispatched via Post Office are not eligible for refunds in case of delays. We recommend tracking the status of your order for updates.
2. Defective Product:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective book (e.g., torn pages), you are eligible for a refund.
  • To qualify, you must submit a video of the unboxing that clearly shows the defect along with the packaging. Without this video, we cannot process a refund.

How to Request a Refund for Books:
1. For Non-Delivery:
  • Wait for the TAT of 10 working days (or 15 working days for the North East region). If the book has not arrived, email us at support@adda247.com to report the issue. Please provide your Order ID and purchase date.
  • Our team will investigate the delay and either reship the book or issue a refund if appropriate.
2. For Defective Product:
  • Please send an email to support@adda247.com with your Order ID, purchase date, and the video of unboxing showing the defect.
  • Our team will verify the claim and process the refund within 5-7 business days after confirmation.

Important Conditions for Books (Publication):
  • Video Proof Requirement: For all such books wherein the customer claims that they received defective books, a video must be taken during unboxing of the package and the video must clearly show the defect in the book. This video is mandatory for us to process any refund..
  • No Refund for Reasons Other Than Non-Delivery or Defects: Adda247 shall not provide refunds for reasons such as changing your mind or dissatisfaction with the content after delivery.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address / Unreachable Contact Information: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at the time of purchase, or if our delivery partners are unable to reach the provided contact number, please get in touch with our support team to verify the status of your order. In such cases, no refund will be issued due to failure to provide accurate delivery details. We encourage customers to double-check their address and contact information to ensure successful delivery.

General Guidelines for All Products
1. Refund Processing Time:

  • Once approved, all refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days depending upon bank and it's holidays. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
2. Refund Method:
  • Refunds will only be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase. We do not process refunds to alternative accounts or via cash.
3. Partial Refund Requests:
  • For digital products like Test Series and Ebooks, if a substantial portion of the product has been accessed or downloaded, the customer shall not get full refund. Adda247 reserves the right to offer a partial refund depending on the extent of content accessed.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund:
  • If any customer has a purchase but wishes to cancel it before accessing any content, or before the live class begins, he/she may still be eligible for a full refund within the refund window.
