SSC JHT Salary 2024: Perks And Allowances

- DA: According to the 7th Pay Commission, the Dearness Allowance is 12% of Basic Pay.
TA: The transit benefits differ according to the posting center as well. The TA will be at least Rs. 1800+ in all other locations and Rs. 3600+ in the metropolis. - Allowance For Children Education: Children in classes Nursery through XII are eligible for a Children Education. Allowance of Rs. 27000/- per year. With an increase in DA, CEA also rises. There is also a hostel subsidy of Rs. 81,000 available annually for kids enrolled in the hostel.
- Uniform Allowance: The officers would receive a uniform stipend of Rs. 10,000 annually.
- PF: The Provident Fund (PF) and insurance will also be withdrawn from the monthly salary, totalling about Rs. 5000, along with all of the other allowances.
- In-Hand Salary: The SSC Junior Hindi Translator’s (JHT) starting pay under the 7th Pay Commission would be a minimum of Rs. 35,400.
