RRB ALP Exam Pattern 2026
Knowing the RRB ALP CBT 1 Exam Pattern 2026 in advance helps candidates understand the paper structure and plan their preparation accordingly. RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam Pattern 2026
Here are the key details for Stage 2 of the RRB ALP Exam 2026:
- Stage 2 will include a total of 175 questions, divided into two parts: Part A and Part B.
- Part A will consist of 100 questions, while Part B will have 75 questions.
- The marks obtained in Part A will be considered for the next stage of the selection process, whereas Part B is qualifying in nature.
- Duration: 2 Hours 30 Mins
- Negative Mark: 1/3rd
- The minimum qualifying marks in Part-A are 40% for UR/EWS, 30% for OBC (NCL)/SC, and 25% for ST candidates.
- All candidates must secure at least 35% in Part-B. Only Part-A marks will be considered for shortlisting candidates for further stages.

RRB ALP Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
Candidates who qualify CBT 1 and CBT 2 are eligible to appear for the Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT).
