The Reserve Bank of India released the RBI Assistant Mains Result 2026 on 24 September 2026. Candidates who appeared for the Main Examination can check their qualifying status through the result. The RBI Assistant Mains Score Card 2026 and marks are awaited and will be released separately by RBI.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will release the RBI Assistant Cut-Off marks for the Phase 2 examination. • There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.

Formula: Final Score=Total Correct Answers – (Number Wrong Answers × 0.25)

• Candidates must clear the sectional as well as the overall cutoff to qualify for the Mains Exam.
• The final score is calculated after applying the negative marking rule.

Since, the exam was conducted in multiple shifts, RBI will adopt the normalisation method to reduce the effect of difficulty level across all shifts. However, candidates can calculate their raw scores using the formula shared above.
