IBPS RRB Clerk 2025 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for the selection to the post of Office Assistant is quite different to that of the exam pattern for the selection to the post of Officer Grade. For IBPS RRB Office Assistant, the Exam will be conducted in two phases:
- Preliminary Exam
- Mains Exam
No interview process will be conducted for selecting candidates for the post of Office Assistant. Selection will be made purely on the marks obtained by the candidate in his/her Mains Examination.

IBPS RRB Interview Stage
Candidates who clear the Main Exam for Officer Scale I and the Single Exam for Officer Scale II and III in IBPS RRB CRP will be called for an interview. The interview will be arranged by the Nodal RRB with help from NABARD and IBPS.
- The interview will be held at selected centers. The venue, date, and time will be shared through the interview call letter.
- Candidates must download their call letter from the official IBPS website: www.ibps.in.
- Requests for changing the interview date or center will not be accepted, but IBPS may change these details in special situations.
Interview Details:
- Total Marks: 100
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
- The final result will be based on a weightage of 80% from the online exam and 20% from the interview.
- If a candidate fails to score the minimum marks in the interview, their interview score won’t be shared.
