What Does an NTA Translation Reviewer Actually Do?

The role is different from that of a conventional translator. NTA plans to use an AI-based translation platform for the bulk translation of examination questions. Human Translation Reviewers will then verify the AI-generated translations for accuracy, terminology, language quality, and clarity. A reviewer will:

  • Examine the original English question.
  • Review its AI-generated translation.
  • Check scientific, technical, linguistic and terminological accuracy.
  • Suggest corrections wherever required.
  • Certify the translated item as accepted, accepted with corrections, or rejected with reasons.
  • Work on individual questions rather than viewing the complete question paper.
