The State Bank of India (SBI), the largest public sector bank in the country, is conducting the recruitment of Junior Associates. This year, around 12.19 lakh candidates applied for the exam. The SBI Clerk Prelims Exam is qualifying in nature, and candidates are shortlisted based on the overall cut-off marks. SBI Clerk Score Card 2025

​The SBI Clerk Score Card 2025 has been released by the State Bank of India (SBI) after the declaration of the Prelims Result on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the exam can log in using their Registration Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth to check their marks. The scorecard displays important details such as the section-wise marks, overall score, and qualifying status of the candidate.

What Happens After the SBI Clerk Result 2025?

The SBI Clerk Selection Process consists of two main stages: Preliminary Exam and Main Exam, followed by a Local Language Test. The details are as follows:

1. Shortlisting for Main Exam

Approximately 10 times the number of vacancies (subject to availability) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination based on their performance in the Prelims Exam. The shortlisting will be done in descending order of aggregate marks.

2. Preparation of Final Merit List​

• The final merit list will be prepared State-wise and Category-wise based on the aggregate marks obtained in the Main Exam.
  
• Prelims marks will not be counted for the final selection.
  
• Candidates must also qualify in the specified opted local language test to be considered for final appointment.

SBI Clerk Mains Exam Date and Shift Timing 2025

The SBI Clerk Mains exam will be conducted after the Prelims result is declared. It will be conducted in single shift across all exam centres. The number of exam centres for the Mains has been doubled, indicating larger arrangements and better coordination this year.

The Mains exam duration is 2 hours 40 minutes, divided into sections. Just like the prelims exam, there is no sectional cut off in mains exam.

SBI Clerk Salary Structure After Selection

The starting salary of a Junior Associate at SBI is Rs. 42,584.00 per month, and the pay scale is Rs. 24,050–1340/3–28070–1650/3–33020–2000/4–41020–2340/7–57400–4400/1–61800–2680/1–64480. On an early basis, candidates will receive increments as per the Bank norms.
