The PFRDA Grade A Selection Process 2026 consists of three stages:

1. Phase I (Online Screening Examination)

PFRDA Grade A Exam Pattern 2026 Phase 1

Phase I is an online screening examination consisting of two papers. Both papers contain multiple-choice questions and carry 100 marks each.

PFRDA Grade A 2026 Salary (Revised)

PFRDA Grade A officers receive an attractive salary along with several additional benefits and allowances. The pay scale for Officer Grade A is: Rs. 62,500 – 3,600(4) – ₹76,900 – 4,050(7) – Rs 1,05,250 – EB – 4,050(4) – Rs 1,21,450 – 4,650(1) – Rs 1,26,100.  At the starting stage, the approximate gross monthly salary is ₹2,05,000, which includes various allowances and PFRDA’s contribution to the National Pension System (NPS).
