Agricultural Development Officer

B Sc. (Honors) degree in Agriculture from any recognized university.
Sanskrit or Hindi language till matriculation or 10+2/B.A./M.A. in Hindi as one of the subjects.

Sub Divisional Agricultural Officer

B Sc. (Honors) degree in Agriculture and 2nd class M Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized university.
Sanskrit or Hindi language till matriculation or 10+2/B.A./M.A. in Hindi as one of the subjects.

Age Limit

The eligibility conditions (nationality) for the post of Agricultural Development Officer and Sub Divisional Agricultural Officer are given below:

For this recruitment, the candidate must be either-

a Citizen of India, or
a Citizen of Nepal, or
a Citizen of Bhutan, or
a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Steps to Apply for the HPSC Recruitment 2021

All the candidates applying for the HPSC Recruitment 2021 must check all the important details regarding the eligibility criteria and then fill the online application form. It is also recommended that the candidates ensure good internet connectivity with latest browser edition to make the application process easy. The steps for applying for the HPSC Recruitment for ADO (Agricultural Development Officer) and SDAO (Sub Divisional Agricultural Officer) are as follows:

Candidates must complete the registration process by filling basic details such as Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile number, email address and captcha code. Verify all the details carefully before completing the registration process.
Click on Generate OTP button
An OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number to complete the verification process. Candidates will receive a User ID and Password on the registered email address. This ensures that the candidate has successfully completed the registration process.
The candidate must log in after receiving the login credentials (User ID and Password) and start the application process.
The personal details of the candidate will automatically appear. Now, the candidate has to click on Post Selection tab. Click on + and select the post he/she will be applying for. Fill all the required fields related to communication to complete this process. Click on “Save and Next”.
The candidate has to enter all the details related to Educational Qualification and Work Experience. Click on Save and Next.
The candidate must upload all the documents required to complete the application process as specified on the page. Click on the checkbox near Declaration and fill the captcha code.
Click on Submit button.
Download and print the signed copy of the Application Form.
Log in again using the login details and click on Post Selection tab. Then click on Edit button. The application form will appear on the screen. You can edit your application form, if necessary.
Click on Upload Duly Signed Application Form and Make Payment.
Complete the application process by paying the applicable fee. No changes will be made after the fees payment.
