RRB ALP CBT 2 Exam Pattern 2025

Candidates who clear the first stage will advance to CBT 2, which comprises two parts: Part A and Part B. The total exam duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes, carrying 175 marks.

• Part A features 100 questions covering Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Basic Science & Engineering, and General Awareness. Candidates have 90 minutes to complete this section, which evaluates the essential skills needed for the Assistant Loco Pilot role.
• Part B is dedicated to the Relevant Trade, consisting of 75 questions to be answered in 60 minutes. This section assesses the candidate’s technical knowledge and proficiency related to the Assistant Loco Pilot position.
