What to do in case of an error in the WBCS Admit Card?
The candidates should carefully check all the personal details printed in the WBCS admit card and communicate with the commission immediately in case of any inconsistency in the personal details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth.
Documents to Carry with the WBCS Admit Card
- All the candidates have o carry the Admit Card.
- Candidates appearing in West Bengal Civil Services Exam 2020 must carry anyone ID Proof issued by the Govt. of India in original.
- Please note that a Passport Size Photograph as submitted in the Application form must be carried too.
WB Civil Service Exam 2020 Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of the written exam and personality test. The written examination will be conducted in two successive stages: a preliminary exam which would be an objective type test and main exam which would be both objective and conventional type. Only the candidates who manage to clear the preliminary exam will be eligible to appear in the main examination and candidates who clear the main examination will be called to appear at the personality test.
Points To Note For WBCS Exam
- Neither any paper Admit Card will be issued or sent by post to the candidates who have applied on-line nor will it be made available from the office of the
- Mobile phone, Bluetooth enabled hearing device, portable scanner, digital wristwatch, calculator, pen or any other material for cheating is strictly prohibited from being taken into the venue.
- Any infringement of these instructions shall entail strict legal action including ban from the future examination.
- Canvassing of any kind will lead to cancellation of candidature without recourse to representation.
