The IB Security Assistant Recruitment has a specific eligibility criterion that candidates must meet to apply for the position.
Qualification Required
- Qualification: Applicants must have passed Matriculation (10th class) or an equivalent qualification from a recognised Board of Education.

IB Security Assistant Salary Structure 2025
The Security Assistant/Executive position comes under the General Central Service, Group ‘C’, and is categorised as Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial. The IB Security Assistant Salary ranges from Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100, along with applicable allowances. In addition to the regular government benefits, selected candidates receive a Special Security Allowance amounting to 20% of their basic pay. They are also eligible for cash compensation for work done on holidays, up to a maximum of 30 days.
