BOB LBO Eligibility
As per the previous recruitments, the Bank of Baroda Local Bank Officer Eligibility Criteria with respect to age limit and educational qualifications have been provided below:

Post Qualification Experience

Not Eligible: Experience in NBFCs, cooperative banks, payment banks, small finance banks, or fintech companies will not be considered
The following categories of Candidates are NOT eligible for BOB LBO Recruitment
- People who have worked in NBFCs, cooperative banks, payment banks, small finance banks, or fintech companies are not eligible.
- Former Bank of Baroda employees who left an officer-level job or contract job within the last 3 years are not allowed to apply.
- Current Bank of Baroda staff working in officer roles or on a contract basis are also not eligible.

Bank of Baroda LBO Exam Pattern
The Bank of Baroda LBO online exam will comprise four sections: English Language, Banking Knowledge, General/Economic Awareness, and Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude. Each section will have a duration of 30 minutes, making the total exam time 2 hours. Candidates will receive 1 mark for every correct answer, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. BOB LBO Language Proficiency Test
Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak the local language of the state they are applying for. Those who clear the online exam will have to take this test. If they fail, they won’t be allowed to appear for the personal interview, and their application will be rejected.
However, candidates who studied the local language in their 10th or 12th standard (and have a mark sheet or certificate as proof) don’t need to take the LPT.
