• A passport-sized photograph of the candidates
• Clear photograph of the candidate’s signature
• Left-hand thumbprint and handwritten declaration

Instructions for Photograph Upload

Before uploading the photograph for the application form, the candidates must take care of the following instructions.

• The photograph must be a recent passport-style colour picture.
• Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-colored,
  preferably white, background.
• Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
• If a picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows.
• If you have to use flash, ensure there’s no “red eye”.
• If you wear glasse,s make sure that there are no reflections, and your eyes can be clearly seen.
• Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
• Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
• Size of file should be between 20 kb–50 kb
• Ensure that size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50 kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colors etc., during the process of scanning.
• Photo uploaded should be of appropriate size and clearly visible.

Instructions for Live Photo Upload

While filling the SBI Clerk 2025 application form, candidates must upload a live photograph taken through a webcam or mobile phone.

• You can use the “Capture Photo” option to take your picture with a webcam, or scan a QR code to click and upload the photo from your mobile phone.
• Make sure the photo is taken against a light or white background with proper lighting, and look straight at the camera.
• Avoid using small-sized photos, wearing colored glasses, sunglasses, or caps while clicking the picture. The photo will be automatically uploaded to your form once taken.

Instructions for Signature Upload

The candidates will have to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.

• Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)
• Size of file should be between 10 kb – 20 kb
• Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20 kb.
• Signature uploaded should be of appropriate size and clearly
  visible.

Instructions for Left Hand Thumb Impression Upload

For the left thumb impression, the candidates will have to follow the below mentioned dimensions.

• File type: jpg / jpeg
• Dimensions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required
  quality) i.e. 3 cm x 3 cm (Width x Height).
• File Size: 20 kb – 50 kb

Instructions For Handwritten Declaration Upload

Here is what you need to know before uploading the Handwritten Declaration for the SBI Clerk 2025 exam. The candidates must note that the declaration should not be in capital letters.

• File type: jpg/jpeg
• Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required
  quality) i.e. 10cm x 5 cm (Width x Height)
• File size: 50 kb- 100 kb
