OICL AO 2025 Salary
The OICL AO Salary in the beginning is approximately. Rs. 85,000/- per month, which includes allowances and perks. The starting pay scale is 50925 2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765, and annual increments are given to the employees each year.
OICL AO Service Conditions
Selected candidates will serve under the Company’s rules and may be posted or transferred anywhere in India. The minimum tenure at the initial posting is 3 years. Hindi Officers may remain in their specialisation for at least 5 years, while still being eligible for promotions as per Company norms.
Probation:
Officers will be on probation for one year, extendable twice by six months each. During this period, passing the non-life Licentiate Examination from the Insurance Institute of India is mandatory for confirmation. Failure to do so or being found unsuitable may lead to termination without notice.

OICL AO 2025 Admit Card
