SSC CPO Vacancy Details 2026
The SSC CPO Vacancy 2026 details will be announced along with the official notification. This year, the SSC CPO Exam will be held to fill Sub-Inspector (Executive) posts in Delhi Police, and SI (General Duty) in BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, and SSB. Steps to Fill Out the SSC CPO Application Form
- Go to the official website of SSC at www.ssc.gov.in.
- Now, click on the Apply Online button given on the homepage. After you click, you will see the link to apply for SSC CPO Recruitment 2026.
- Now, make your Aadhaar authentication-based One Time Registration, if not done.
- A unique ID and Password will be provided to you after completing the registration, and you can login to proceed to fill out the application form.
- Now, upload documents, fill in the details, and pay the application fee.
- Before submitting, cross-check for any mistakes and after that, submit the application form.
- Take a printout of the application form for future use.
SSC CPO 2026 Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must fulfil the eligibility criteria to apply for posts in SSC CPO Recruitment 2026. Educational Qualifications and Age Limit required for the job are explained below points.
SSC CPO SI Educational Qualifications
- Candidates having a Graduation Degree in any stream from any recognized university will be eligible for this post.
- For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police (only) – Male candidates must possess a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car) as on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to undergo Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.
SSC CPO SI Age Limit

Nationality/ Citizenship
A candidate must be either:
1. a citizen of India, or
2. a subject of Nepal, or
3. a subject of Bhutan, or
4. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories 2 and 3 above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
5. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary will be admitted to the examination but the offer of appointment will be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government of India.

SSC CPO 2026 Exam Pattern

- Questions asked in both paper-1 and paper-2 of SSC CPO 2026 will be of Objective Multiple Choice Type.
- Questions asked will be bilingual, i.e. in both Hindi and English.
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
