NIACL AO 2026 Eligibility Criteria

All candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the NIACL AO. The criteria includes age limit, qualification, and nationality.

NIACL AO Nationality

For the NIACL AO post, both Generalist and Specialist, the candidate must be:

  1. a citizen of India, or
  2. a subject of Nepal, or
  3. a subject of Bhutan, or
  4. a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 01st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or

 The NIACL AO Recruitment involves three stages: Phase 1, Phase 2, and Interviews. Here is the general selection process:
