For higher responsibility posts like Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor and Station Master, which fall under Level 6, the starting salary is Rs. 35,400. In addition to the basic pay, employees also receive various allowances like DA, HRA, and transport allowance, making the job financially rewarding, along with growth prospects.
