SSC GD Medical Examination 2026

During the Medical Examination, the authority will examine the medical history of the SSC GD examination. The candidates will need the following documents for verification purpose.

  • The Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate serves as proof of age, name, and educational qualification.
  • Additionally, a Domicile Certificate or Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued by the competent authority is required to establish residency.
  • If applicable, a valid NCC Certificate should also be submitted.

SSC GD 2026 Document Verification

Candidates who pass the SSC GD 2026 PET/PST will be shortlisted for the Detailed Medical Examination (DME), during which recruitment authority will verify the following documents:

  • Matriculation Certificate: Confirms age, name, and educational qualifications.
  • Domicile Certificate: Proof of residency issued by the appropriate authority.
  • Valid NCC Certificate: If applicable.
  • Defense Personnel Certificate: As per the format in Annexure-IV of the SSC GD Notificatio.
  • Undertaking for Ex-Servicemen: As specified in Annexure-V of the SSC GD Notificatio.
  • Caste Certificate: For reservation or age relaxation, in formats from Annexures VI, VII, and VIII.
  • Height/Chest Relaxation Certificate: For candidates requesting relaxation, as detailed in Annexure-IX.
  • Certificate for Riot Victims: From District Collector/District Magistrate, as mentioned in categories 4/5/6 under Para 5.1.
  • Nativity/Identity Certificate: For West Pakistani Refugees, in the format from Annexure-XII of the SSC GD Notification.
