The National Defence Academy (NDA) is a premier institution of India that trains cadets from the three armed forces of the country – the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force. The NDA conducts a national-level examination twice a year, known as the NDA Exam.

NDA 1 Exam Day Important Instructions

  1. Reporting Time: Candidates should reach the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on their admit card.
  2. Admit Card: The Admit Card is a mandatory document that candidates must carry to the examination centre. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
  3. Identity Proof: Along with the admit card, candidates must carry a valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, or any other ID proof issued by the government.
  4. Prohibited Items: Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying any electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smartwatches, or any other electronic device inside the examination hall. Candidates should not carry any stationery items like pen, pencil, eraser, or calculator, as these will be provided by the exam center.
  5. Dress Code: Candidates are advised to wear comfortable and decent clothes on the day of the examination. They should avoid wearing jewellery, watches, or any other accessory that may cause inconvenience during the examination.
  6. COVID-19 Guidelines: Candidates should follow all the COVID-19 guidelines issued by the government and the exam conducting authority. They should wear a face mask, carry hand sanitiser, and maintain social distancing at the exam centre.

Documents Required for NDA 1 2023 Exam Day:

  1. Admit Card: The admit card is a mandatory document that candidates must carry to the examination centre.
  2. Photo Identity Proof: Candidates must carry a valid photo identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, or any other ID proof issued by the government.
