SSC MTS Apply Online 2025, Application Link, Detailed Guidelines

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited online applications for Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) 2025. The SSC MTS Apply Online process is being conducted for 1075 vacancies, and Matric pass candidates are eligible to apply. The apply link is currently active at the SSC website @www.ssc.gov.in. SSC MTS Apply Online 2025

Interested 10th pass candidates between the age limit of 18 to 27 years can submit their application forms for SSC MTS 2025 till 24th July 2025 (11 PM), and the last date to pay the application fee is 25th July 2025. This is a great opportunity for candidates to get a Job in Central Government departments, and those who pass this examination will be selected. Applicants must upload their documents carefully while filling the SSC MTS application form.

SSC MTS and Havaldar Vacancy 2025

As of now, SSC has only released the vacancy details for the Havaldar post. For the Havaldar (CBIC and CBN) post, the total vacancy is 1075, and for the Multitasking staff post, the vacancy will be finalised and notified later.

SSC MTS Application Fee 2025

Candidates applying for SSC MTS have to pay Rs. 100/- as an application fee through online mode only for the completion of the SSC MTS online application process. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen/Women category are exempted from paying the application fee.

SSC MTS and Havaldar Eligibility 2025

To apply for the SSC MTS 2025 exam, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit: The age of the candidate must be within 18 to 25 years or 18 to 27 years as on 1/8/2025, depending on the post and department. Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories as per government rules (e.g., SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwD: 10 years).

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed Matriculation (Class 10th) or its equivalent from a recognised board as of the cutoff date mentioned in the notification.

Steps to Apply for SSC MTS and Havaldar Exam 2025

Before filling out the Multitasking Staff Application form, candidates must complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) on the official SSC website. This process collects basic personal details and generates your login credentials. Follow the step-by-step instructions to avoid errors during the SSC MTS Apply process.

Stage 1: One-Time Registration (OTR)

1. Visit the official SSC website and click on the “Register Now” button on the homepage.
2. Fill in your basic details: Full Name, Father’s & Mother’s Name, Mobile Number & Email ID, Date of Birth, Gender, Address, etc.
3. After submitting the details, you will receive a unique Registration Number/User ID.

Stage 2: Fill out the SSC MTS & Havaldar 2025 Application Form

1. Log in to the SSC portal using your Registration Number and Password.
2. Click on “Apply For Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination,2025“
3. Upload the required documents: Passport-size live photo and Signature.
4. Fill in: Educational details, Preferred exam centre, Language for the exam
5. Pay the application fee online via Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking or offline via Challan.
6. Click on “Submit Application” to complete the process.
7. Download and print a copy of your filled application form and save the PDF for future use.

Documents Required for SSC MTS & Havaldar Application

The following documents are required for the SSC MTS Application. The format and size specifications are also given below.

Photograph

The photograph must be clicked in front of white color or light-colored background and be more than 20 kb in size and less than 50 kb. The photograph resolution must be 100*120 pixels in width and height.

Signature

The signature must be in black or blue ink on a white sheet. The scanned copy of the signature must be in jpg format and it should be more than 1 kb in size and less than 12 kb. The resolution should be 40*60 pixels in width and height.
