What’s Next after Result and SBI Retired Officer Bank Job Profile

Those candidates who have been selected, will now be allotted their job locations where they will have to serve. The engagement of retired officers shall be for a minimum period of one year and may extend up to three years or until the officer reaches the age of 65, whichever is earlier, subject to satisfactory performance. During this contractual period, the retired officer is expected to work full-time and is not permitted to take up any assignment with another organization.

Monthly lump-sum compensation will be provided based on the last held grade: Rs. 45,000 for MMGS-III, Rs. 50,000 for SMGS-IV, Rs. 65,000 for SMGS-V, and Rs. 80,000 for TEGS-VI. Retired personnel engaged with the Bank will receive a unique HRMS ID. Their responsibilities include verifying loan documents, deposit accounts, remittances, foreign exchange transactions, and overall compliance with the Bank’s operational guidelines.
