RBI Grade B 2025 Probation Period
Candidates who successfully clear the final recruitment stage, the Interview, will be appointed as RBI Grade B Managers but will initially serve a probation period of 2 years. This probation period may be extended based on their performance. During this time, candidates will receive a fixed salary.
