Age Limit
21 to 30 years as of 1 April 2026 (Born between 2 April 1996 and 1 April 2005).
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a government-recognised university with a minimum 55% aggregate marks. Only regular courses accepted (Distance, correspondence, or part-time courses are not eligible).
Computer Literacy
Basic working knowledge and operating skills in computer systems are required.

LIC HFL Interview Stage

The pay scale for LIC HFL Junior Assistant begins with a basic salary of ₹20,000 per month. Along with this, employees receive multiple allowances and additional benefits.
