   • Run a distance of 1000 metres in 4 minutes 15 seconds in one attempt.
2. For Female Candidates:
   • Lift and carry a 20 kg weight for a distance of 100 metres within 2 minutes (without putting it down).
   • Run a distance of 1000 metres in 5 minutes 40 seconds in one attempt.
