IBPS PO 2025 Interview
The IBPS PO 2025 Interview is the final stage of the selection process, conducted after the completion of the Mains examination. Shortlisted candidates from the Mains will be called to appear for the Personality Test and Interview, which are expected to be held between December 2025 and January 2026.
During the interview, candidates will be evaluated on their communication skills, banking awareness, confidence, and overall personality. The combined performance in the Mains and Interview will determine the final selection of candidates for the Probationary Officer (PO) posts in participating banks.

What is the IBPS PO Exam?
