IB Security Assistant 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The IB Security Assistant Recruitment has a specific eligibility criterion that candidates must meet to apply for the position.

Qualification Required

1. Qualification: Applicants must have passed Matriculation (10th class) or an equivalent qualification from a recognised Board of Education.
2. They must possess a domicile certificate of the state they are applying.

Age Limit (17/8/2025)

Age Limit: candidates should not be more than 27 years old, although age relaxations are provided as follows: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwD candidates.

IB Security Assistant/Executive Salary

The post of Security Assistant/Executive falls under the General Central Service, Group ‘C’, and is classified as Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial. The IB Security Assistant Salary ranges from Rs. 21,700 – Rs. 69,100, including allowances.

Additionally, selected candidates are entitled to a Special Security Allowance of 20% of the basic pay, over and above other government allowances. They are also eligible for cash compensation for duty performed on holidays, subject to a maximum of 30 days.
