Registrations for SSC MTS 2025 Started with the release of the official notification on 26th June 2025 on the official website at https://ssc.gov.in/. The application mode is completely online and candidates need to make Aadhar authenticated Registration first and then proceed to online form fill up. To fill up the form, candidates need:

SSC MTS 2025 Eligibility
To be eligible for SSC MTS Exam 2025, candidates must have the following qualifications:
Should be a Citizen of India
A candidate applying for SSC MTS must be:
- An Indian citizen, or
- A citizen of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A person of Indian origin who has moved from countries like Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the goal of permanently living in India.
SSC MTS Age Limit (As on 1/8/2025)
Should be in the age group of 18-25 years for MTS and 18-27 years for Havaldar post. Cut off date is mentioned in the official notification.

Candidates must have passed the Matriculation (Class 10) exam or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board on or before 1st August 2025 to be eligible.
SSC MTS 2025 Selection Process
There are two stages in the SSC MTS Selection Process such as a Computer-based Objective Type Paper and Physical Standard and Efficiency Test.

SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2025
SSC MTS Paper I will be conducted in 15 regional languages (excluding English section) and divided into two compulsory sessions: Session-I and Session-II. Session 1 is 120 marks and Session 2 is 150 marks. Duration of each session is 45 minutes.
Negative Marking: No negative marking in Session 1, but there is negative marking of 1 mark in Session 2.
