ITBP Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the position of ITBP HC in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of India.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with Psychology as a subject or A Degree from a recognized University with Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Teaching or equivalent.
• Age Limit: The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 25 years. Additionally, there is an upper age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

ITBP Recruitment 2024 Selection process

The recruitment process for the ITBP Head Constable position comprises four stages:

• Physical Efficiency Test & Physical Standard Test: Candidates must undergo physical tests to assess their physical fitness and meet the required standards.
• Written Examination: Qualified candidates from the physical tests will appear for a written examination to assess their knowledge and skills related to the job.

ITBP has released a total of 112 vacancies for the post of Head Constable ( Education and Stress Councellor) Recruitment 2024. Out of 112, 96 Vacancies are for Male candidates and 16 vacancies are for Female candidates.

ITBP Recruitment 2024 Application Fee

Candidates applying for the Head Constable position are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100 for the application process. However, female candidates and male candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes are exempted from paying this fee.

ITBP Head constable Salary Structure

The Recruited candidates for the post of Head Constable will get the Salary under the level 4 in the Pay Matrix according to the 7th CPC. The Salary will range from Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100.
