Indian Navy SSR/MR In-hand Salary

The Indian Navy SSR MR Salary is disbursed to employees in accordance with government guidelines. Successful candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs.30,000, with a fixed annual increment. Along with the salary, additional allowances including risk and hardship, dress, and travel allowances will be provided.

Upon completing four years of service, candidates will be eligible for the Seva Nidhi Package. Agniveers will receive a one-time Seva Nidhi package, consisting of their monthly contributions along with a corresponding contribution from the government, upon fulfilling their period of engagement, as outlined below:
