Recently IMA has released the notification for its 188 Group C posts for the eligible citizens of India. The posts like Cook Special, Cook IT, MT Driver (Ordinary Grade), Boot Maker/ Repairer, LDC, Masalchi, Waiter, Fatigue man, MTS (Safaiwala), Groundsman, GC Orderly, MTS (Chowkidar), Groom, Barber, Equipment Repairer, Bicycle Repairer, MTS (Messenger), Laboratory Attendant, etc. In this Article, we will discuss the Eligibility Criterion for each of these posts.

IMA Dehradun Group C Eligibility Criteria 2021

Cook IT	Essential :-(i) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board (1) Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.
MT Driver (Ordinary Grade)	Essential : (i) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board (ii) Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.
Boot Maker/Repairer	Essential :-(i) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board (ii) Must possess the Civilian Driving Licence for heavy vehicles and have two years experience of driving such vehicles.
LDC	Essential :-(1) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board (ii) Should be able to carry out all canvas, textile and leather repair and replacement of the equipment and boots.
Masalchi	Essential: (1) 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. (ii) English Typing @ 35 w.p.m. or computer. OR Hindi Typing@ 30 wp.m. on computer (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute corresponding to 10500/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.
Waiter	Essential:- Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board and should be conversant with the duties of Masaich). Desirable: Ore year experience in the trade.
Fatigueman	Essential – Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board. Desirable: One year experience in the trade.
MTS (Safaiwala)	Essential :-(1) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board. (ii) Must be conversant with the duties of Fatigueman.
Groundsman	Essential :- Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board. Desirable Conversant with the duties of the respective trades with one years experience in the trade.
GC Orderly	Essential :-(i) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board. (i) Must be conversant with the duties of Groundsman.
MTS (Chowkidar)	Essential – Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognised Board or Institution Essential Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognised Board. Desirable Conversant with the duties of the respective trades with one years experience in the trade.
Groom	Essential :-(1) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board. (1) Must be conversant with the duties of Groom.
Barber	Essential :- Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board with proficiency in Barber’s trade job. Desirable: One year experience in the trade.
Equipment Repairer	Essential :-(1) Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board. (il) Should be able to carry out all canvas, textile and leather repair and replacement of equipment and boots.
Bicycle Repairer	Essential:- Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board and fully conversant with his trade with at least two years’ experience in the trade.
MTS (Messenger)	Essential: Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized Board. Desirable Conversant with the duties of the respective trades with one year’s experience in the trade.
Laboratory Attendant	Essential: Matriculation from a recognized Board or Institution with Science as a compulsory subject from a recognized School or Board.

Group C Eligibility Criteria -Age Limit

Candidates should be between 18-27 Years of age For (MT Driver, Lab Attendant, GC Orderly) and for other posts candidates should have age between 18-25 Years.
Relaxation for SC/ST/PH/OBC will be as per the rules and regulation of the authority.

Relaxations for Age Limit

Ex serviceman and Govt Employees – The upper age limit will be relaxable as per the govt rules.
SC/ST – Upper Age Relaxation will be of 5 years.
OBC – The relaxtion will be of 3 years on providing Non Creamy layer certificate.
PH candidates – 10 Years relaxation will be provided.
