The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to release the SSC MTS Result in June 2026 on its official website. Candidates who appeared for the SSC MTS (Non-Technical) and Havaldar Examination are now awaiting results, which will provide qualifying status for the next phase. SSC will announce separate result PDFs for the MTS and Havaldar posts on its official website. These PDFs will contain the names and roll numbers of candidates who qualify for the subsequent stage of the recruitment process.

Candidates shortlisted for the Havaldar post will be required to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Candidates who qualify for the MTS post will move directly to the Document Verification stage, as there is no physical test for this post.

No, the result will be released collectively in PDF format on the new website of SSC at www.ssc.gov.in.

1. Visit the Staff Selection Commission at ssc.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the “Result” tab.

5. The result PDF will be displayed on the screen.

What happens after the Result is announced?

Candidates who qualify for the MTS post will be called for the Document Verification (DV) process. For the Havaldar post, shortlisted candidates are required to successfully pass the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) before appearing for document verification.

At the DV stage, candidates must present their original certificates and documents for verification of their age, educational qualifications, category status, and other eligibility criteria specified by the Commission.

SSC MTS Selection Process

The SSC MTS/Havaldar 2026 selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Objective-type test; candidates shortlisted based on merit.
2. PET/PST (For Havaldar Post Only) -Assessment of physical fitness.

SSC MTS Document Verification 2026 (For MTS post)

SSC MTS Applicants who qualify in CBT will be called for the document verification process. The dates for Document Verification and PET will be announced once the results are released. During this procedure, candidates must carry their:

• 10th and 12th certificates
• a valid government ID proof
• Category/PWD certificates (if applicable)
• Documents for equivalent qualifications
• Ex-Servicemen status, age relaxation, or government employment (NOC) should also be produced if relevant.
• Any proof of name change after matriculation and other documents mentioned in the admission certificate for document verification are required.
