NVS Examination Schedule 2019
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has released vacancies for Teaching and Non-Teaching posts in July 2019. The exam dates and rest of the schedule has been released on 2nd of September 2019. Online computer based examination is a part of the recruitment process. NVS will be conducting the online examination (CBT) for the posts of Principal and PGTs, TGT’s & Others between 16th September to 20th September 2019. The number of vacancies released are 2370.

NVS Exam Date 2019
As per the NVS Exam Schedule, the exams will begin from 16th September and will be continued till 20th September 2019. The exam will be conducted in three shifts.
All the PGT exams will take place on 17th and 19th of September in two shifts, while the TGT exams will take place on 18th September also in two shifts.
For LDC JNV Cadre, the exam date is 16th September 2019. Exam for Female Staff Nurse and Catering Assistant will be held on 19th September 2019 in 2nd shift while the Assistant Commissioner and Legal Assistant exam will be held on 20th September in the first shift.

The NVS Written Exam/ Computer Based Test will be followed by an interview round. There is no negative marking. Question Paper will be bilingual (Hindi & English) in nature. Only in case of TGTs & Miscellaneous Category Teachers, the medium will be the regional language concerned as per the selected option of the candidate during application.
The final selection for NVS Exam 2019 will be done through the consolidated marks of both the written exam / CBT round and Interview.Â
Candidates who have applied for the Teaching and Non Teaching posts must note the NVS Exam dates to prepare accordingly. They should also appear for the examination day before time to avoid any last minute hustle. The admit card for NVS Examination will also be released soon. The NVS Admit Card 2019 will be updated too as soon as it is released.
