NHM UP Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the various posts above the candidate must go through the eligibility conditions and make sure he/she fulfils them with respect to educational qualification, as well as the age limit for NHM UP Recruitment 2021 which is given below:

Educational Qualification

The candidate must have the minimum educational qualifications with respect to the posts of NHM UP CHO which is passed B.Sc. (Nursing) with the integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN)

OR

Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course with the integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from recognized Institute or University will be eligible to apply.
AND

The Candidates must be registered as Nurse and Midwifery from UP Nurses & Midwives Council and have a valid registration certificate at the time of online submission of application.

Age Limit (as on 17-08-2021)

The candidates applying must be of a minimum age of 18 years and maximum age is 35 years. The age relaxations will be as per guidelines in this regard.
