The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will release the IBPS PO Notification 2025 on the official website of IBPS @ibps.in. For Probationary Officer post, IBPS will start the IBPS PO Apply Online 2025 expectedly in June 2025. Che candidates who successfully submit their Application Form will be able to appear in the prelims examination scheduled on 17th, 23rd, and 24th August 2025.

Steps to Apply Online for IBPS PO 2025

The candidates can go to the official website and follow the steps mentioned below to apply for the IBPS PO 2025.

Step 1: Visit the official IBPS website.

Step 2: Go to the CRP PO/MT XV page and click the “New Registration” button for IBPS PO.

Step 3: Fill in Part 1 of the IBPS PO application form with your basic details.

Step 4: Upload a passport-sized photograph and your signature, ensuring they meet the specified size and clarity requirements.

Step 5: Photographs should be 4.5 by 3.5 cm or 200 by 230 pixels, with a light background, and file size should be between 20 kb to 30 kb.
Signatures should be in black ink on white paper, with dimensions under 140 by 60 pixels and a file size of 20 kb or less.

Step 6: Enter your educational and experience details, and select the category you are applying for.

Step 7: Choose the preference order of banks and indicate if you opt for Pre-Examination training or have any legal actions pending.

Step 8: Upload a scanned image of your left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration confirming the accuracy of the provided information.

Step 9: Review all entered information, correct any mistakes, and proceed to the payment page.

Step 10: Complete the online application process by paying the required IBPS PO application fee.

IBPS PO Handwritten Declaration 2025 Format

The IBPS PO Handwritten Declaration for the IBPS PO Exam must be written exclusively in the candidate’s own handwriting in English and uploaded in the specified format. Through this declaration, candidates confirm that the details provided in their application form are accurate and valid.

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

IBPS PO Live Photo Guidelines

Along with the scanned photograph and signature, the candidates will also be required to
capture and upload their live photograph either by using webcam or mobile phone. Once the candidates complete the basic information, they will have to upload the documents which includes a live photograph, scanned photograph, and signature.
