The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is set to release the IBPS Clerk Result 2025 on its official website by 14th November 2025 (Today). Candidates can check their results by logging in with their Registration or Roll Number along with their Password or Date of Birth. The result will display the candidate’s qualifying status, and only those who clear the Preliminary Exam will be shortlisted for the Mains Examination.

The IBPS Clerk Result 2025-26 will provide a detailed summary of each candidate’s performance in the Preliminary Examination, including sectional and overall scores. IBPS Clerk Prelims Cut Off 2025

The cut-off is the minimum marks that applicants need to score to qualify. As mentioned above, both cut off and the scorecard are released together after a week of the result announcement. So, candidates should stay updated with the official website.

What happens after the Prelims result is declared?

Right after the result is announced, candidates can confirm their qualifying status first and then wrap up their final preparation for Mains exam, which happens to be the final stage of this examination. In between the prelims result and the mains exam, IBPS will also release the cut-off and score card, as we discussed above, through which aspirants can assess their performance.

The IBPS Clerk Mains exam will be held on 29th November 2025, and those who qualify this stage will be called for the Language Proficiency Test and Document Verification.

Note: There is no interview stage in IBPS Clerk 2025 examination.

IBPS Clerk Mains Exam Pattern 2025

The Clerk Mains exam consists of 4 subjects, and the duration of the exam is 2 hours. Within this exam time, candidates have to answer 190 questions worth 200 marks. Also, there is a negative marking of 1/4th of the marks assigned to that wrongly answered question.
