Probation Period

Candidates who will be selected as Generalist Officer in BOM through BOM Recruitment 2022 will be on probation for 1 year. The selected candidates also have to sign a Service Bond of Rs. 02 Lakhs for a minimum service period of 2 years.

Bank of Maharashtra Selection Procedure

Candidates applying for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2022 should be aware of the BOM Selection Procedure. BOM Recruitment 2022 selection procedure for Generalist Officer consists of 2 stages i.e. Online CBT Exam and Interview. Candidates who clear the written exam will be called for an Interview. The total candidates called for Interviews will 4 times the number vacancy listed in BOM Recruitment 2022. The allocation of marks for online examination and Interviews is 150 & 100 respectively which will be converted into 60:40. The minimum cut-off marks for online examination, interview, and the final selection shall be 50% for UR / EWS and 45% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD.

Bank of Maharashtra Exam Pattern

BOM will conduct an online CBT exam for Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2022. The Exam Pattern consists of 4 sections i.e. English, Maths, Reasoning, and Professional Knowledge with a total of 150 questions containing 1 mark each.
