The LIC Assistant Salary is one of the key highlights of the LIC Assistant Exam. The official pay scale for the Assistant post is 27,840-840(1)-28,680-915(2)-30,510-1030(5)-35,760-1195(2)-38,150-1455(3)-42,515-1510(2)-45,535-1610(5)-53,585.

Based on this structure, the basic pay is Rs 27,840, while the net monthly salary comes to around Rs 38,416 after deductions. In addition to the salary, selected candidates are also entitled to various allowances as approved by the Board.
