Paper 1 (Objective): Covers General Awareness, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning.

IFSCA Grade A Exam Pattern
The Phase I Exam of IFSCA Grade A 2025 for Assistant Manager will include two papers. To qualify for the next stage, candidates must secure at least 40% marks in total. Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will carry negative marking, with 1/4th of the marks for each question deducted for every wrong answer.
In Paper 1, candidates are required to score a minimum of 30%, with no sectional cut-off applied. For Paper 2, the qualifying score is set at 40%.

To move forward to Phase II, aspirants must clear these individual paper cut-offs as well as the overall aggregate cut-off of 40%. Paper 1 is only qualifying in nature and does not count in the final merit.
