The UPPSC Prelims Exam pattern is the initial phase of the UPPSC Exam 2024. • Paper I determines the exam cutoff.
• Paper II is qualifying, with a requirement of 33% marks.
• A negative marking of 0.33% applies to every incorrect answer.
• For instance, an incorrect answer on a 2-mark question will deduct 0.66 marks.
• Marking multiple answers for one question on the OMR sheet counts as incorrect and incurs negative markings.
• No negative markings for questions left blank.
