RPSC RAS 2024 Vacancy Details

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has not yet officially disclosed the number of vacancies for the Rajasthan Administrative Services 2024-25 Exam. However, it is anticipated to be around 1000. Last year, for 2023-24, there were a total of 905 vacancies, with 424 for State Services and 481 for Subordinate posts.

RPSC RAS Eligibility Criteria 2024

The RPSC conducts the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Exam to fill Group A and Group B vacancies also referred to as RAS/RTS exams. RAS is the Rajasthan Administrative Service while RTS stands for Rajasthan Taxation Service. Detailed RPSC RAS eligibility criteria will be provided in the official RPSC notification.

Age Limit: A candidate’s age must be between 18 and 40 years, with an upper age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The Maximum age limit means the candidate must not have attained that age on the prescribed date. As per the Rajasthan Administrative Service recruitment rules, there are provisions for age relaxation for different categories.

Educational Qualification: One must have completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, college, or university in any stream, including Science, Commerce, or Arts.
