Mizoram Judiciary Syllabus 2023 for Preliminary Exam
The preliminary examination for the Mizoram Judicial Services consists of a total of 100 questions and is worth a total of 100 marks (objective questions with multiple choices on OMR). In addition to the separate Law Paper, you will also be tested on English and General Knowledge. Each exam carries a total of 100 points and lasts for a total of two hours. Candidates will be invited to take the Mizoram Judicial Services Main (written) Examination at a rate of 1:10.

Mizoram Judiciary Syllabus 2023 for Mains Exam

Mizoram Judiciary Syllabus 2023 for Interview
Viva-Voce does not follow a set Mizoram Judiciary Syllabus, but it is meant to complement written examinations by probing candidates’ abilities to think critically and solve problems under pressure. The candidates who were successful in the Mizoram Judicial Services Mains Examination will move on to this stage. The maximum marks for interview is 50. The candidates shall have to secure minimum 60% marks in the Mizoram Judicial Services Interview.
Every candidate who receives 60% or more overall, with a minimum of 45% in each of Papers I, II, III, and IV, will move on to the Mizoram Judicial Services Viva-voce round. Subject to obtaining minimum 40% Marks individually in Paper-I, II, III, and IV, SC/ST Candidates who obtain 50% or more marks shall be called for Viva-voce. Subject to Marks obtained as stated above, the ratio of Candidates called for Viva-voce will be 1:3 (three Candidates against 1 post). Last but not least, everyone will be ranked according to their Merit within the context of their general suitability.
