JPSC Application Fees 2024
The application fees for JPSC differ based on the category of the candidates. For unreserved, EWS, EBC, and BC categories, the application fee is ₹100. On the other hand, candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories from Jharkhand are required to pay an application fee of ₹50. Applicants need to be aware of these fees while submitting their applications form for the JPSC recruitment process. The last date to Pay the Application fees is 1st March 2024.
Jharkhand PSC Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can check the Eligibility Criteria for applying for the JPSC Recruitment. Eligibility Criteria are based on Age limit, Education Qualification, Nationality, and Physical Fitness.
Age Limit: The minimum age limit for the JPSC exam is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years. However, there is some relaxation given to the candidates that belong to the reserved categories. Age relaxations will apply as per the Govt rules to reserved category candidates:

Education Qualification: The candidates willing to apply for the JPSC examination must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university/ equivalent. A candidate needs to possess a minimum educational qualification apart from the JPSC age limit before applying for the exam.
- Applicants in the final year of graduation are not eligible unless they clear their examination by the last date of application submission.
- Candidates applying for the Jharkhand Yojana service will be eligible if they hold a degree from a recognized University in any of the following subjects: Bachelor in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Geography, Agricultural Science, or Civil Engineering.
Nationality: Candidates will be eligible if they are citizens of India. In case any candidates belonging to the other country will not be eligible to apply for the JPSC Examination.
Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit and free from any contagious diseases to be eligible for the JPSC Recruitment.
JPSC Selection Process 2024
The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) conducts a competitive exam to recruit candidates for Group A and Group B posts in the Jharkhand state government. The selection process for JPSC exams is as follows:
- Preliminary Examination.
- Main Examination

The Interview is a personal interview that is conducted by a panel of experts.
