CGPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2022 Syllabus

The Examination shall be conducted in three stages:

• Preliminary Examination (objective type)
• Main Examination (descriptive)
• Viva voce/Personal Interview

CGPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2022 Prelims Exam

The Online Preliminary Examination shall be of the duration of 2 hours consisting of 100 objective type questions of 1 mark each from the following Central and State level laws :

• Indian Penal Code
• Code of Civil Procedure
• Code of Criminal Procedure
• Indian Evidence Act
• Constitution of India
• Transfer of Property Act
• Contract Act
• Limitation Act
• The Chhattisgarh Rent Control Act, 2011
• Court Fees Act
• Specific Relief Act
• Registration Act
• Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code.
• The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
• The Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915

CGPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2022 Mains Exam

The Main Examination will be a descriptive written exam on with the following

components:

1. Framing of issues and writing of Judgment in Civil Cases (Maximum Marks – 40)
2. Framing of charges and writing of Judgment in Criminal Cases (Maximum Marks – 40)
3. Translation:-

(i) English to Hindi (Maximum 10 marks)

(ii) Hindi to English(Maximum 10 marks)

CGPSC Civil Judge Recruitment 2022 Viva-Voce

The final selection of the candidate appearing for the CGPSC Civil judge exams will depend on the total marks of the Viva-Voce & Mains exam. The Interview will be held for 15 marks. Other categories must obtain 33% marks in viva but the Reserved category needs to secure 25% marks.

छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय ने सिविल जज के पद के लिए 48 रिक्तियों की घोषणा की है। छत्तीसगढ़ न्यायपालिका परीक्षा 2023 की अधिसूचना आधिकारिक वेबसाइट highcourt.cg.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है। परीक्षा 26 फरवरी 2023 को आयोजित की जाएगी।

छत्तीसगढ़ न्यायपालिका पाठ्यक्रम

परीक्षा तीन चरणों में आयोजित की जाएगी:

• प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार)
• मुख्य परीक्षा (वर्णनात्मक)
• मौखिक आवाज/व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार

प्रारंभिक परीक्षा

ऑनलाइन प्रारंभिक परीक्षा 2 घंटे की अवधि की होगी जिसमें निम्नलिखित केंद्रीय और राज्य स्तर के कानूनों से प्रत्येक 1 अंक के 100 वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न होंगे:

मुख्य परीक्षा

मुख्य परीक्षा निम्नलिखित के साथ एक वर्णनात्मक लिखित परीक्षा होगी

अवयव:

1. मुद्दों का निर्धारण और सिविल मामलों में निर्णय का लेखन (अधिकतम अंक – 40)
2. आपराधिक मामलों में आरोप तय करना और निर्णय लिखना (अधिकतम अंक – 40)
3. अनुवाद:-

(i) अंग्रेजी से हिंदी (अधिकतम 10 अंक)

(ii) हिंदी से अंग्रेजी (अधिकतम 10 अंक)

वाइवा-वॉयस 2020 पैटर्न

सीजीपीएससी सिविल जज परीक्षा के लिए उपस्थित होने वाले उम्मीदवार का अंतिम चयन वाइवा-वॉयस और मेन्स परीक्षा के कुल अंकों पर निर्भर करेगा। साक्षात्कार 15 अंकों के लिए आयोजित किया जाएगा। अन्य श्रेणियों को वाइवा में 33% अंक प्राप्त करने चाहिए लेकिन आरक्षित वर्ग को 25% अंक सुरक्षित करने की आवश्यकता है।
