SSC CHSL Result 2021 Important Points
SSC CHSL Tier I 2020-21 Exam was held from 12th to 26th October 2020 for the remaining candidates. Candidates clearing the First stage was Eligible for the second stage of the examination.
SSC has released the merit list and minimum cut off marks required to qualify the SSC CHSL Tier 1 on January 15, 2021.
Candidates who are declared qualified in SSC CHSL Tier 1 resultwill appear for the Tier 2 exam.
Only those candidates who clear the SSC CHSL Tier 1 Cut Off are called for the next level.
The merit list prepared after tier 2 will form the basis for the skill test exam.
Candidates who qualify for the Skill Test stage will be considered selected, however, marks obtained in the skill test exam will not be considered in preparing the final merit list.
Candidates are requested to check their marks and match them with the cut off according to their respective category. This will be easier for the candidates to check their qualification for the next round. Qualified Candidates can now start preparing for the next round of the exam, i.e, skill test, and document verification.

SSC CHSL 2021 Eligibility Criteria
All the aspiring candidates of SSC CHSL 2021 have to abide by all the Eligibility Criteria decided by the Commission.
Nationality
Candidate of SSC CHSL 2021 must be a Citizen of either India or Nepal or Bhutan. If a candidate is a citizen of Nepal or Bhutan shall have a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of India in favor of him/her.
2. Educational Qualification
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:– (A) The basic requirement is a pass certificate in class 12 from a recognized board or university. (B) For the post of DEO in the office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG),
applicants must have studied science and mathematics as main subjects in Class 12th.

SSC CHSL 2021 Selection Procedure
SSC CHSL 2021 Selection Process is based on the result of all three tiers.
Candidates need to qualify for each tier to appear in the subsequent tier.
The final selection list is prepared by shortlisting applicants based on their cumulative performance across the first two tiers.
Tier 3, a skill-based test is a final stage to ensure that candidates possess the required skills. This stage will be qualifying in nature.
After qualifying all the three tiers the candidates will be called for the Document Verification.
Candidates will be allotted to the various departments for the post of Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operators, Lower Divisional Clerks, and Court Clerks based on their merit and preference of post.

(i) Requirement
Any candidate having his/her qualification other than prescribed for a particular post shall not be eligible for that post.
The candidates who are declared qualified by the Board for Document Verification will be required to produce relevant Certificates in original such as Mark sheets, Provisional Certificates, etc. for completion of the prescribed minimum educational qualification as notified in Annexure-“A” on or before 21-12-2020, failing which the candidature of such
candidates shall be cancelled by the Board.

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of merit obtained in written/skill tests (if any). There shall be no Viva-voce for these posts. Marks obtained in the Written test out of Maximum Marks shall be proportionately converted into 100 points.

The provisionally accepted JKSSB Applications by the Board, as per the terms and conditions of this Advertisement Notice, will be assigned Roll numbers and issued Admit Card/Roll No slip for appearing in the Written Examination.

SSC Stenographer 2021: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the admit card for the Stenographer Grade C and Grade D Post @ssc.nic.in. The Staff Selection Commission conducts the Stenographer Grade C and D exam, which is known as the SSC Stenographer 2021. SSC Steno is the only exam conducted by SSC for the stenographers, several students apply for the recruitment. SSC Stenographer Selection Process
SSC or Staff Selection Commission conducts a Stenographer exam every year in 2 different stages, || Written Test and Shorthand Skill Test ||
The candidate must qualify for both the stages of examination to receive the appointment letter for the post of Stenographer Grade C and D.
Candidates qualifying for the written test will have to appear for the shorthand test which is qualifying in nature.

SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern
SSC Stenographer Exam will be conducted in 2 different stages to select eligible candidates. The first level is the Grade C and D written exam that consists of MCQs and is conducted online. Post this exam, an exam to test your shorthand skill sets in various domains.

Shorthand Skill Test
SSC Stenographer Skill Test Syllabus is given below. The SSC Stenographer Skill Test is done on both computers and Paper. The candidates will be dictated a passage of 800 and 1000 wpm for Group D and C respectively, depending upon the marks obtained by the candidate.
For Stenographer Group ‘D’: 800 words @80 words per minute (w.p.m).
For Stenographer Group ‘C’: 1000 words @100 words per minute (w.p.m).
The shorthand passage will then have to be transcribed on a computer in 50 minutes for Grade D and 40 minutes for Grade C.
The candidates will first have to secure a cut-off set by the SSC to qualify for the shorthand stage.
The qualifying marks are different for the written test of Stenographer Grade C and Grade D.
The candidates qualifying for the written test will be eligible to appear for the shorthand skill test.
The shorthand skill test is qualifying in nature.
The merit list will be prepared based on the marks secured by the candidates in the written test.

Marking Scheme For SSC Stenographer Exam
The time duration for SSC Stenographer Exam is 2 hours.
The total no. of questions will be 200 of 200 marks.
1 mark will be given for every correct answer.
0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response by the candidate.
No marks will be awarded/deducted for unattempted questions.
There will be negative marking in the shorthand skill test for use of every incorrect word.
SSC Stenographer Syllabus
To qualify for SSC Stenographer, it is important to know the detailed Syllabus of the SSC Stenographer. The major topics are General Awareness, General Intelligence/Reasoning, and English Language, at which a candidate needs to score well for Paper-1 of the SSC Stenographer 2019-20 Exam. SSC CHSL Tier-3 Exam is a Computer Skill Test. SSC CHSL Tier-3 test typing skill of candidates, it is called Skill Test in Data Entry (DEST) Test. There are three types of DEST for three different posts namely:
DEST for DEO other than CA&G: Candidates are required to type 2000 words in 15 minutes i.e., 27 Words Per Minutes (WPM) on a computer in English. This test is conducted to check a candidate’s typing skills. Candidates are given an article in English which they have to type on Computer.
DEST for DEO in CA&G: Candidates are required to type 3750 words in 15 minutes i.e., 50 WPM on a computer in English. This test is conducted to check a candidate’s typing skills. Candidates are given an article in English which they have to type on Computer.
