UGC NET Admit Card 2020: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card of the University Grants Commission (UGC)’s National Eligibility Test (NET) June exam @ntanet.nic.in. Case of problems in downloading UGC NET Admit Card:

  1. Admit cards will not be issued/be available to the candidates who have submitted incomplete applications

Documents to carry with UGC NET 2020 June Admit Card

  1. Candidates must remember to carry a Photo ID card along with their NET Admit Card. The Photo ID Cards may include, Licence, Aadhar card, PAN Card, Passport, Ration Card, Voter ID, etc.
  2. They should also carry a passport size photograph that must match the photograph submitted in the Application form

Note: Don’t of the exam-

  • Candidates must also note the things not to carry during the exam to avoid any issues during the conduct of the exam. Calculator, Log Tables, Textual Material, Electronic Watches, Printed or written material, Mobile phone, Bluetooth devices, Eatables, Pen, and other stationery items. However, diabetic patients may carry a few permitted eatables & a transparent water bottle.
  • Do not arrive late in the exam, as late arrivals will not be allowed to enter into the exam hall
  • Anyone found with barred items will get their candidature canceled for the exam
  • Leaving the exam hall before time
  • Non-submission of the rough sheet and allotted stationary

Highlights of NTA UGC NET Exam

  1. NTA UGC NET is a computer-based exam, which is conducted twice a year, one in June and the other in December. Candidates who have obtained a maximum of 55% in their PG are eligible to appear for the exam.
  2. A national-level exam conducted in order to select candidates for only Assistant Professor or both Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
  3. UGC NET Paper 1 consists of reasoning, numerical, and teaching ability, and Paper 2 is purely based on the subject chosen by candidates.

  5. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours.
