KVS Contractual Teacher Recruitment 2023 Eligibility

KVS PRT Contractual Teacher Eligibility has been mentioned below

  • A. Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or its equivalent.
  • B. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
  • C. Competence to teach through Hindi & English medium.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:- Knowledge of Computer applications.

KVS TGT Contractual Teacher Eligibility:

  • I. Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in the aggregate.

 OR

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with 50% marks or above in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject comprising the combination as under:

  • II. B.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized University.
  • III. Should pass the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by CBSE.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:- Knowledge of Computer applications.

KVS PGT Contractual Teacher Eligibility:

  • I. Two Year Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc./MA Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR

Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects.

  • II. B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University for all the above PGT posts except Information & Technology.
  • III. Proficiency in Teaching in Hindi and English languages.

Note: Candidates having Special B.Ed are not eligible for the post of PGT.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: – Knowledge of Computer applications.

KVS Contractual Teacher Application & Selection Process

  • A. Eligible & Interested candidates may carry their Application form duly marked as the name of the applied post in a block letter to mention the address.
  • B. Candidates can attend walk-in along with original, one set of photocopies of educational /Professional documents with one recent passport size photograph.
  • C. Final selection will be decided on the basis of the interview.
