REET 2021: Correction Window open for All categories ; Revised Exam Date, Syllabus, Vacancies, Eligibility Criteria

REET 2021: REET 2021 examination will be going to conduct on 26th September 2021 by Rajasthan Education Board. Rajasthan Education Board has re-opened the REET offline correction application form candidates who had applied for REET 2021. All the candidates can make correction in various section by filling offline application performa till 31 Aug 2021. The fee payment for REET 2021 offline correction application form will be done by payment of Rs. 300/- through Bank Draft/Postal Order. The details of correction, form, payment has been given below :

  • Candidates who want to correct their language (First/Second) in application form can change by filling prescribed Performa till 31 Aug 2021. Interested candidate have to pay Rs. 300/- by Bank Draft/Postal Order to COORDINATOR (REET), AJMER through Speed post.
  • All the candidate can also change category , subject, marital status through same procedure.
  • After the REET result, selected candidate can also correct name, father’s name, mother’s name, husband’s name, DOB by by filling prescribed Performa with the payment of Rs. 300/-.  The other details and prescribed Performa has been given below :

REET Widow Category Registration

Rajasthan Education Board  has reopened the application process for Widow category. Those women candidates who had fill REET 2021 application form and become widow due to COVID, they can make correction in the registration form from official website till 14 July 2021. There will be no other fee for correction in REET 2021 widow category. REET 2021 examination will be going to held on 26 Sept 2021.

Earlier Education Minister, Govind Singh Dotasra has announced the New REET Exam Date through his Twitter handle the account. Revised REET Exam date will be going to schedule on 26 Sept 2021. Earlier REET was going to held on 20 June which was postponed due to COVID 19 Situation.

Rajasthan Eligibility Examination of teachers (REET) is an eligibility test that is conducted by Rajasthan Education Board. The candidates who pass this test will only be suitable to apply for the 32000 third-grade vacancies for teaching posts. The REET 2021 notification was out on the official website “www.rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in”.The candidates who want to fill the application form must go through this article to get complete information about the exam date, exam pattern, syllabus, admit card, and result .

REET Notification 2021

RBSE had announced 32000 vacancies for the post of government 3rd-grade teacher at the state level in Rajasthan. The candidates to appear for these vacancies must clear the qualifying test which is to be held in the upcoming month in an offline mode. Candidates can apply for the level-1 and level-2 exams to get eligible for a third-grade teaching exam. Paper-1 is conducted for the selection at the primary level i.e. class I to V and Paper-2 is conducted for secondary level i.e. class VI to VIII.

REET 2021 notification had released from 11 Jan 2021 to 8 Feb 2021. On February 06, 2021, the REET 2021 Online Application process has been closed. Now Rajasthan Education Board had released the notification of REET or Rajasthan Eligibility Examination For Teachers (REET) 2021 on 11 Jan 2021. The REET Revised exam date is 26 Sept 2021.

How To fill the REET 2021 Application Form?

  • Step 1: Open the official website to apply for REET 2021:www.rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.
  • Step 2: Click on “REET 2021
  • Step 3: There will be a new tab opened i.e. http://www.reetbser21.com/ReETfoRm2021/HsPage.php
  • Step 4: For Register first, Click here for “Register & Generate Fee Challan For REET-2021”.
  • Step 5: Fill in your personal detail and submit them. There will be generated Fee Challan for REET 2021.
  • Step 6: Then In the Application form option, there will be “Fill Application Form For REET-2021″and Read the instruction provided on the official page before applying for a REET application form. Click on it
  • Step 7: Enter your details like personal information asked in the application form.
  • Step 8: Make the necessary payment offline/online with REET 2020 Challan.
  • Step 9: Recheck the application form and then submit it before the closing date of the application form.
  • Step 10: Take out a hard copy of the duly filled registration form.

REET 2021: Eligibility Criteria

REET is the teaching eligibility test comprised of  2 exams i.e. Paper-1 which is conducted for the selection at the primary level i.e. class I to V and Paper 2  which is conducted for secondary level i.e. class VI to VIII. Here we are discussing the REET Eligibility criteria for different level separately.

Age Limit: The candidate is eligible to fill the application during his minimum age of 21 years with age relaxation for the candidates from the reserved category.

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: (Primary Stage):

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

  • Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage): 

Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education.

OR

Graduation or post-graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

OR

Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), following the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- the year in B.A. /B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.

Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1- year B.Ed. (Special Education).

 Note: Note:- Amendment by NCTE Notification No.F.No. NCTE-Reg/012/22/2019-US(Regulation)-HQ. Dated 13th November 2019 “At least 50% marks either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and B.Ed.” the following Proviso inserted-“Provided that minimum percentage of marks in graduation shall not apply to those incumbents who had already taken admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education or equivalent course before the 29th July 2011.”

REET Exam Pattern 2021

REET Exam pattern is different for different level i.e for Primary & secondary level exam, It comprises 150 questions of 150 marks.

  • There are five sections in the paper I, Child Psychology and Pedagogy, language I, language Ii, Mathematics and Environmental Studies.
  • There are four sections in the paper I, Child Psychology and Pedagogy, language I, language II, Science & Mathematics OR Social Science
  • Candidates have to complete the paper in 150 minutes or two hour and half minutes
  • There is no negative marking

REET Exam Pattern for Level-1 exam

•Level-1 paper is for the candidates who want to get selected at the primary level teaching profession.
•The Level-1 paper is of a total of 150 questions with one mark for each correct answer. There is no negative marking for the Level-1 exam.
•The time duration for the Level-1 exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
•The choice of languages included in paper-1 is English, Hindi, Sindhi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Gujarati, and Punjabi.

REET  Exam Pattern for Level-2 exam

•The level-2 exam is for the candidates who want to begin their career in upper-primary teaching for classes 6 to 8.
•The exam will be 150 questions with one mark each and no negative marking.
•The time duration of examination is the same as that of Level-1 i.e. 2:30 hours
•The languages for paper-2 are English, Hindi, Sindhi, Urdu, Sanskrit, Gujarati, and Punjabi. The candidate can choose as per their interest.

Rajasthan Education Board has opened the REET Online Correction window for the registered candidates. Candidates may allow editing the REET Application Form 2021. The information such as  Name. father name, mother Name & DOB  is not able to correct in REET Exam Form 2021. Rajasthan Education Board had released the notification of REET or Rajasthan Eligibility Examination For Teachers (REET) 2021 on their official website.

REET Admit Card 2021

The candidates can download the admit card soon from the RBSE official website with simple steps of filling in the required credentials. The exam date for REET 2020-21 has been decided to be conducted on 26 Sept 2021. The admit card will be released separately for candidates appearing for Level-1 and Level-2.

Steps to Download REET Admit Card 2020-21

  1. Visit the official website of Rajasthan Education Board @rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in
  2. Click on the link reading REET Admit Card, which will be active soon.
  3. Enter your details and click on the Submit button.
  4. The hall ticket for the written exam of REET 2020-21 will appear on the screen.
  5. Download and save your call letter, and take a printout of the same for future reference.

REET Answer Key 2021

REET 2020 Answer Key will be available on the official website of the Rajasthan education board. Candidates can download the REET answer keys and raise objections against any discrepancies found in the answers in the stipulated time period.

Validity of the REET 2021 Exam

The validity of REET 2020:The validity of the REET 2020 exam will be 3 yrs.

REET Result 2021

The result is expected to be out after one month of the conduction of the examination. The exam date for REET 2020-21 has been decided to be conducted on 26 Sept 2021. The result will be uploaded first on the official website of RBSE and the list of selected candidates. REET is a qualifying exam and a candidate has to score at least 60% to get selected. The qualifying limit for OBC/ST/SC is a minimum of 55% marks. The qualifying candidates will be called for further procedures to get selected for the post of teachers in Rajasthan schools.

Revised REET 2021 Cut Off

As the REET 2021 examination is out, the Supreme Court has also released an order for NCTE regarding the revised passing criteria for REET 2021. There will be 5 to 20 per cent passing percentage relaxation for candidates to qualify REET 2021. Here are the details are given below :

In the REET Teaching Recruitment Examination, the weightage of the marks obtained in the REET exam has been increased. Previously, the weightage of the REET marks is only 70% and 30% is for the academic weightage of the candidates. Now it is converted into 90: 10.
